Business Partners & Contractors
We often get asked to undertake contracts & projects that need the help of others, like bricklayers, carpenters (outdoor woodwork) & Painters (sheds & woodwork) to name a few. Also large / outdoor area contracts that need the assistance of other tree surgeons, is another example. If you are available to help part-time with any of the above please get in touch.
Out of area contracts - franchise
As we constantly get asked to do work out of our designated areas, we are now looking at franchise partners in designated areas away from our main areas of work. So if you have been made redundant or are looking for a career change we would be happy to talk this through with you. Or you may have the support (& financial support) of your family & are looking to set up your own company? (John Barber Pruning is a family owned, family run business & will continue to be so for the Warwickshire & North Oxfordshire communities, however there are opportunities in certain areas, for a range of services provided from our company. A future franchise partner may wish to concentrate on certain elements of our business, eg, overgrown gardens, gutter clearing or jet washing. Services we have refined & honed over 3 decades! or for those who generally have youth on there side tree pruning & specialist pruning - which involves a specialist level of training. If you love the outdoors & you are genuinely looking to make a life-style change we would love to have a chat (you will need the finances to invest & a large commitment of time for training) we will tell you if we think this is for you & likewise we will want to find the right people to partner. Like wise I am sure you will also want to partner with the right team. (There is much more to it than picking up a few tools!), as I am sure you will also. We will give you the initial training, ongoing support both on & off site, marketing, administration & dealing with quotes, clients expectations, prioritising your diary, managing seasonal months & much more.
